Flexible Spending Accounts: The IRS Code Section 125 Cafeteria Plan enables your employees to pay for eligible expenses on a pre-tax basis — an instant savings of 15-40% for the employee on qualified FSA expenditures. FSA’s do represent a small cost to the employer, but those costs are recovered through lower payroll tax and Worker’s Comp premiums.
